Dear Readers and Supporters,
Welcome to the February 2026 edition of Hongkongers Magazine. This month is a double celebration for us: not only is it our first anniversary, but it also marks our transition from our traditional B5 size to a full scale A4 format.
Looking back on the past year, it is incredible to see how far we have come. What started as a vision to connect our community has grown into a vibrant platform for our collective voice. This upgrade to A4 is a gift to our readers and a reflection of our growth, providing the breathing room and prominence that our stories and culture deserve.
This milestone belongs to you. Our first year was made possible by the incredible effort of our contributors, and we want to extend our deepest thanks to our writers for your insight and dedication over the past twelve months. This larger layout now allows your articles to flow with the depth they require, making our storytelling more immersive than ever before. We are also immensely grateful for the beautiful pictures provided for this issue. The shift to A4 allows these striking images to be showcased with the clarity and scale they deserve, truly capturing the spirit of our community. To everyone who has contributed support of all kinds since our very first issue, thank you. Your belief in this magazine is the reason we have reached this one year milestone.
